When Four Wheeler Magazine named the Nissan Titan "Pick-up Truck of the Year" it got the attention of every truck enthusiast. This new contender brings a high level of performance, style and many "firsts" to the highly competitive full-size truck market. JBA was ready to take the Titan to a new high with the first after-market smog legal headers and exhaust systems. How does an extra 23 hp and 17 ft.lbs. of torque sound? Want more? JBA's set-up will give you as much as 26 hp and 40+ ft.lbs of torque in the mid-range. That's enough power to get you to the top of the hill first with plenty of power in reserve. With the all that power on tap, you don't need to work the engine as hard - giving you some extra mileage.

JBA started with a clean sheet of paper when designing the new Cat4ward® Headers for the Titan's powerful 5.6L. Extensive development and dyno time yielded huge gains in both torque and horsepower over the restrictive factory manifold. These headers don't just make power, they are built to last. JBA's bullet proof design features a thick 3/8" one piece head flange leading into the heavy-wall 1-5/8" stainless steel primaries tubes and ends with the patented JBA Firecone® merge collector. This design reduces back pressure and helps scavenge the spent gasses exiting the engine giving you increased power and efficiency. Like all JBA products these headers are backed by our limited lifetime warranty.

With a 305 hp V8, the Titan packs quite a punch. Add a high flow JBA exhaust system to the mix and you will see the competition disappear in the rear view mirror. This amazing system took countless hours of development time and tuning to achieve maximum performance with optimum sound quality. The result is unmistakable when you plant your foot on the accelerator and the Titan's mighty V8 pulls to it's redline with a sound unlike anything else on the street. This system features a high flow Y-pipe, smooth 3" mandrel-bent tubing, a fully welded JBA performance muffler and finishes with a polished & chrome plated stainless steel rolled JBA tip for a lasting show finish. Like all JBA exhaust systems, this one is easy to install and backed by a limited lifetime warranty.
