Description:
Make outbound telephone sales calls to active accounts
Take orders from customers
Process sales orders
Update dealers with information about any new products or JBA news relevant to them - as assigned and in conjunction with directives from the Marketing department
Check on status of dealer sales materials (banners, brochures, etc.) and facilitate restocking when appropriate
Verify accuracy of Dealer contact information (name, address, phone, fax, email) and update JBA systems as necessary
Solicit new accounts
Follow up with trade show leads as assigned
Revive inactive accounts
Attend dealer events and trade shows as assigned
Visit dealers as assigned
Assist with inbound calls as necessary
Assist with mailers as assigned
Track and report on all activities - status reports, updating contact management systems
Report urgent customer feedback to appropriate personnel
Report and correct safety hazards immediately
Other duties as assigned
Position Title: Technical Support/Customer Service and Order Processing
Description:
Handle inbound calls
Make outbound sales calls as assigned
Provide Technical support to customers
Answer customer email and copy management on responses
Take orders from customers
Process sales orders
Service walk - in customers
Review on order report daily and process any backorders in stock
Print and mail invoices and statements
Process product returns promptly
Handle courier duties as assigned
Attend dealer events and trade shows as assigned
Track and report on all activities - status reports, updating contact management systems - Report urgent customer feedback to appropriate personnel
